For the record he is trying to break away( Venezuela is 6th in oil production) from having to shackle his countries profits to the U.S. oil co. This does not gibe with the Busheviks. The Busheviks do not want anyone breaking away fron their policy of everything to the benefit of the U.S. no matter what. Americans have played this game in Latin America ever since the Panama Canal( anyone remember Noriega?). Here ia a telling quote from John Perkins," Saddam would still be in charge if he had played the game as the Saudis had. He would have his missiles and chemical plants; we would have built them for him, and our people would be in charge of upgrading and servicing them.
